IT Support Specialist — Onsite Help Desk

Withum is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support our office network and end-users in Whippany, NJ, East Brunswick, NJ, Red Bank, NJ, or Princeton, NJ. This full-time role is based in the office five days per week. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot basic issues, document interactions, escalate when needed, and train users on standard procedures.
