Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery Unit Information Join a dynamic and skilled team in our Labor & Delivery and Antepartum unit, featuring: 19 labor beds 5 OBED beds 3 PACU beds 3 Surgical beds 8 Antepartum beds 55 staff members Shift Information This position requires: Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Mandatory two weekend shifts per month Possibly four weekend shifts per month Patient Ratios 2:1 for labor 3:1 for OBED 4:1 for Antepartum 1:1 in the OR Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess: Experience in OBED, circulating C-sections Ability to manage high-risk antepartum cases Labor experience Experience managing COVID-19 patients in Labor, C-Section, Antepartum, and OBED Preferred Qualifications Advanced family medicine experience Typical Procedures Performed C-sections Cerclage placements BTL procedures D&C for postpartum hemorrhage only Required Certifications Intermediate Family Medicine ACLS BLS NRP Floating Areas May require floating to the low-risk Antepartum unit as needed.
