Pay Rate: $25.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Hours: Part-time, 24–32 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing / Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, expense management, account reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of accounts payable or related accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely payment.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and project records, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.

• Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.

• Maintain accurate vendor records, reconcile vendor statements, and assist with payment preparation and outstanding invoice follow-up.

• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in QuickBooks Online and other business systems.

• Provide general accounting and administrative support, including routine reconciliations, reporting, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.

• Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets .

• Experience processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing expense transactions.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to established processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Schedule

Part-time position, 24–32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with working hours scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Compensation

$25.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
