Family Law Attorney

Job Description

We are a small boutique family law firm seeking a motivated Family Law Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to build a meaningful legal career in family law while working alongside experienced attorneys in an environment that values excellence, integrity, and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to provide legal counsel, guidance, and representation in family law matters
Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, document production, and depositions
Prepare, draft, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations
Manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong client communication and satisfaction

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission (or pending admission) to the state bar
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Desire to practice family law and develop courtroom experience
