Position pays up to $27/hr., with monthly bonus. Opportunity for annual salary increases.

Agrana Fruit is seeking a motivated and detail- oriented  Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to start their HR career in a fast-paced manufacturing setting or a working professional looking for an opportunity to gain experience and grow within an HR role. This role supports HR initiatives for the Lysander manufacturing facility with a focus on onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

· Manage hourly onboarding program, including orientation and training

· Assist with employee relations investigations, documentation, and coordination

· Support HR projects, reporting, and analytics

· Support full cycle recruiting process for plant

· Provide general administrative support to the Plant HR manager

· Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field

Qualifications

· Associate’s degree (AA) required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus

· 2–3 years of administrative, office support, or HR-related experience required

· Recent college graduates with applicable Bachelor’s degree are welcome to apply

· Exposure to HR functions (recruiting, onboarding, employee support) preferred

· Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required

· Experience with HR systems (HRIS/Payroll) is a plus

 

Position is not remote, required to work on-site at the Baldwinsville, NY location
