Overview We are seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to drive client success and delivery excellence across large-scale insurance transformation programs. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives involving MGA market models, insurance core platforms, digital transformation, and AI-driven solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance program delivery, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation, with the ability to align business objectives with technology solutions while fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for client executives and key business stakeholders. Build trusted client relationships and ensure alignment between business goals and program outcomes. Provide strategic guidance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement. Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation initiatives. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and resource planning. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of project deliverables. MGA Market Alignment Ensure solutions are aligned with Managing General Agent (MGA) distribution models, underwriting workflows, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business and technical teams to support modernization of insurance operations. AI & Digital Transformation Champion the adoption of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation across insurance processes. Support change management initiatives to drive successful user adoption and business value realization. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate executive steering committees, client workshops, governance meetings, and status reviews. Communicate program progress, key milestones, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Identify program risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure proactive resolution of issues to minimize delivery impact. Requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Engagement Lead, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or Client Partner within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of insurance core platforms , policy administration systems, and enterprise transformation programs. Experience working with Managing General Agent (MGA) business models, underwriting processes, and insurance distribution channels. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise AI/ML adoption or digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of program governance, project delivery methodologies, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Skills PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. Experience with cloud-based insurance platforms and API-driven integration architectures. Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. Familiarity with data analytics, AI governance, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies in insurance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor cross-functional teams. Strategic mindset with a strong focus on client success and long-term partnership development. Ability to balance innovation with operational excellence while driving measurable business outcomes.
