What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and rehabilitative services for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about speech and swallowing therapy
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Support and supervise CFY or student SLPs as required
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and continued education activities

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts license or eligibility
• Certification from ASHA
• Minimum 2 years' experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in long-term care settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and documentation requirements
