Our New Graduate RN application allows you to share your preferred hospital locations and patient care interests while being considered for opportunities across the Allina Health system. May grads can apply as soon as January, December grads as soon as August.Work Schedule Information:Schedule availability varies based on unit openings and patient care needs. New Graduate RN opportunities commonly include:Straight night shiftsDay/night rotationOccasional evening or day/evening opportunities based on availabilityShift lengths are typically 8 or 12 hours, with weekend requirements generally every other or every third weekend.Most New Graduate RN positions are offered at the following FTEs:0.75 FTE (60 hours per pay period)0.80 FTE (64 hours per pay period)0.90 FTE (72 hours per pay period)Compensation:RN compensation in our hospitals follows a union-based wage scale that considers education level and years of service.
