Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Monitor patients' condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them effectively to physicians
• Perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, and manage medical equipment
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care goals

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• CPI certification (offered if not currently held)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU specific experience
