Effingham Obstetrics & Gynecology, a physician-led partner practice of Together Women's Health, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN to join our growing team in Effingham, Illinois. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a full-scope OB/GYN practice, meaningful mentorship, surgical development, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in private practice.

Physician-led private practice
Full-scope OB/GYN with obstetrics, gynecology, and surgery
Immediate patient demand with an established referral base
Robotic surgery access and mentorship
Dedicated surgical support with second-scrub assistance
Strong APP and experienced clinical support team
Partnership opportunity after three years

Compensation & Benefits

$300,000 guaranteed base salary
$50,000 signing bonus
$50,000 retention incentive during your first two years
Uncapped productivity bonus opportunity
Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
Residency stipend opportunities available
