Responsibilities :Take ownership of specific client-facing public sector workstreams, applying analytical processes to technology projects, business systems analysis, and product managementWork with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation and project and financial managementConduct user/customer research and business systems analysis, presenting findings effectively to ensure delivery alignment, long-term client trust, and transformational successProvide hands-on support and execution for Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training initiatives, including developing training curricula and driving user adoption strategies.Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital related to public sector technology delivery and change management.Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreachQualifications :Minimum three years of relevant work experience in consulting, product management, or business systems analysisBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university requiredMust reside in the Sacramento region (or be willing to relocate) as a self-starter ready to provide immediate, on-site, billable impact on the State of California accountSolid baseline understanding of California state government dynamics and a demonstrated ability to navigate public sector operationsExperience supporting business transformation or technology initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, user research, and project management methodologiesPrior work managing a portfolio of activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines and leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchyTravel as necessaryMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
