Warehouse Team Member

Department: Warehouse Operations Reports To: Warehouse Manager Classification: Full-Time Position Summary The Warehouse Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and efficient warehouse operations. This position supports customer satisfaction by accurately picking, staging, and handling products while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, verify, and stage customer orders accurately. Prepare products for delivery and shipment. Ensure order accuracy and maintain quality standards. Inventory Management Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories. Report damaged or missing products. Maintain inventory accuracy within warehouse systems. Equipment & Warehouse Operations Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Team Support Participate in meetings, training, and warehouse initiatives. Assist other warehouse functions as needed. Support delivery and receiving operations when required. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, move, and organize products. Basic computer, math, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Preferred Experience with inventory management systems and scan gun technology.
