Your role as an ABA Behavior Technician at Compass will include delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions. You will engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication. You will use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills. You will maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
Qualifications: Required: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
Compensation and benefits: Hourly rate from $22-$25/hour, based on experience. Full-time employees (105+ hours/month) receive: medical, dental, and vision insurance; short-term and long-term disability; life insurance; paid time off; 401(k) with company match (up to 4%); Health Savings Account (HSA) options; tuition assistance and clinical supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Afternoon and early evening availability required.
