Registered Behavior Technician - Cypress

RBTs Wanted: Help Kids Shine. Grow Your Future.

This isn't just a job. It's a chance to change two lives: yours and theirs.

At Spectrum of Hope, we believe in people-little ones learning to communicate, families learning to hope again, and team members like you, ready to build something meaningful from the inside out.

We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get silly when needed, and show up every day to make a difference. No robotic sessions. No big-box burnout. Just real growth-for our clients and for you.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (you'll get paid training and your certification on us!)
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive, experienced BCBAs who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What We're Looking For:

• You care about people -plain and simple
• RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
• You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients

Perks Worth Bragging About:

• Competitive pay with room to grow
• Paid RBT training and certification (we cover it!)
• Real opportunities to move up-many of our BCBAs started as RBTs
• A company culture that sees you, supports you, and invests in your journey
• Health Insurance
• Healthcare Savings Account & Flexible Spending Account
• Dental & Vision Insurance
• Life Insurance
• Disability Insurance
• 401K
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
