Job Details

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality
• Hard working

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Basic understanding of security procedures and safety protocols
• To be able to follow instructions and be a self starter

Job Duties:

• To help facilitate a clean kitchen
• Working together with your teammates to accurately clean.
• To read the handbook upon hire to ensure you know all the expectations
• Flexible hours
• Will get properly trained in all areas that pertain to the job.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6 or more hours

Relationship with Members:

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and diplomatic relationship with Club members.
• Take into consideration the needs and wishes of members.
