Join us to make a meaningful impact on a program of national importance.Responsibilities: Provide technical and management leadership for enterprise monitoring solution operations across the global CA IT infrastructure, driving strategic observability initiativesEstablish enterprise monitoring capability strategy, providing program-level dashboard views with near real-time data visualization and comprehensive trend analysis for executive decision-makingDirect infrastructure system availability monitoring operations, coordinating with DT ENMOC across 350+ global facilities to ensure optimal performance and rapid issue resolutionEstablish metrics collection, analysis, and reporting strategies that align with CA mission objectives, organizational goals, and enterprise security posture requirementsDirect Capacity Management Plan development, defining capacity utilization metrics and forecasting models to support infrastructure expansion planning and budget allocationDirect continuous assessment of monitoring capabilities, recommending strategic enhancements to address evolving technology landscapes, emerging cybersecurity threats, and capability gapsEstablish enterprise monitoring solution strategy ensuring comprehensive coverage for modernized and legacy systems, with seamless integration to the Ticket Management SystemDirect the delivery of multi-level dashboards including program-level, operational, and executive dashboards that provide actionable insights supporting informed decision-makingEstablish advanced analytics and machine learning strategy to predict resource needs, identify performance bottlenecks, and prevent service degradation before business impactProvide technical and management leadership on major assignments, establishing strategic goals and plans that meet project objectives while directing activities with overall responsibility for financial management, methodology selection, and staffing decisionsQualifications: Required – Bachelor's degree + 13 years of experience in related fields, such as IT operations monitoring, systems analysis, observability engineering, performance management, or enterprise monitoring architecture; equivalencies considered.Active Secret ClearanceDemonstrated expertise in capacity planning, performance analysis, and enterprise infrastructure monitoring for complex IT ecosystems supporting thousands of usersStrong leadership abilities with proven experience directing technical teams, managing project budgets, and making strategic staffing and resource allocation decisionsExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate complex technical metrics into business insights for senior leadershipGrafana Observability: Hands-on experience with Grafana as the central observability and visualization platform, including designing and maintaining dashboards for monitoring application, infrastructure, and system performance metricsExperience with designing, deploying, and instrumenting one or more of the following tools: Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring, AWS CloudWatch, Zabbix, Splunk, CRIBL, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.Desired – Prior experience supporting federal agencies, especially the Department of StateExperience implementing Grafana with other enterprise tools for advanced observability and data visualization.Experience implementing advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven predictive monitoring solutions for proactive capacity managementProven track record managing enterprise monitoring operation-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
