The Adam Lee District Office is recruiting motivated, licensed professionals for the Farmers Insurance Associate Agent pathway. You’ll help customers understand their insurance options, develop new business, and strengthen your sales skills with training resources and guidance from local district leadership.

If you enjoy building relationships, following through, and working toward measurable goals, we’d like to meet you. Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or management can provide a strong foundation.

What you’ll do

Connect with prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and community networking.
Identify customer needs and explain auto, home, life, and business insurance options within your licensing and appointment authority.
Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and ask for the business.
Provide responsive service and maintain accurate customer records.
Work toward production goals and complete required training.

What you’ll bring

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Comfort with prospecting and a performance-based sales environment.
A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and take responsibility for results.
Ability to meet Farmers background and appointment requirements.
