Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Selling residential solar, energy storage, roofing and more to homeowners looking to SAVE Get rewarded for self-generated leads and prospects Design each client’s custom solar array and storage solution using state‑of‑the‑art software Attend weekly development meetings with your team Effectively communicate SUNation’s variety of financing options to clients Shepherd deals from start to installation and EARN Skills and Qualifications Required Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Motivation, hustle, positive attitude & team player. Exceptional communication skills. Customer focused, provide exceptional customer experience. Positive, upbeat and friendly demeanor. Desire to help customers and co‑workers. Ability to produce at high volume and meet or exceed deadlines. 5 Years Sales experience. Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Coachable – willingness and ability to learn. Strong organizational skills. Computer literate. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma/equivalent. Preferred Skills: Solar sales experience is a plus. Sales experience. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Regular computer/phone work for leads, system design, CRM/admin tasks (typing, mouse use, screen time). Sustained speaking, listening, and clear verbal communication for sales conversations, presentations, and financing discussions.
