Combining stylish décor with contemporary comfort and the city's most coveted social setting, complemented by world-class cuisine and unrivalled service, the property will quickly be established as the pinnacle of hospitality in Palm Beach.The Vineta Hotel invites you to join its teams and offers you the best opportunities for career and development within the amazing Oetker Hotels.MissionsThe Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during both day and overnight shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and security, in compliance with the company's elevated expectations and Leading Quality Assurance standards (LQA).ProfileServe as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism and discretion.Conduct late check-ins, early check-outs, and VIP arrivals, ensuring all guest preferences are met.Monitor front office and public areas to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and adherence to hotel standards.Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and luxury service behaviors.Maintain awareness of hotel occupancy, room status, and special arrivals or departures.Work closely with on-duty security personnel to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.Ensure all departments operate efficiently and according to hotel policies and procedures.Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and balancing the front desk system.Ensure accurate end-of-day processing, billing, and revenue reconciliation.Prepare and distribute nightly audit reports for management and accounting teams.Follow proper cash-handling procedures and comply with all financial and internal control policies.Respond appropriately to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire alarms, guest disturbances, and operational disruptions.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hotel policies.Promote a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work environment.Assist with daily reporting, shift audits, and operational documentation as required.Assist in forecasting and occupancy management for the following day's operations.Maintain compliance with all hotel policies, confidentiality, safety regulations, and luxury service protocols.Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that aligns with the hotel's vision of ultra-luxury hospitality.What You BringMinimum of 2 years of hospitality, hotel operations, or supervisory experience, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.College degree in Hospitality Management preferred or equivalent experience.Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.Availability to work in a hybrid shift: 2 nights and 3 day shifts each week.Fluent in English; other languages considered an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, POS, Opera), and a deep understanding of guest service operations.Full-Time position.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, evenings, weekends and holidays.Prolonged periods of standing and walking, sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 15 lbs.Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryEmployer paid health benefits package401(k) plan matching programComprehensive overall compensation package (PTO, holidays)Excellent Training and Development opportunities with Oetker HotelsComplimentary Hotelier MealsComplimentary Dry Cleaning
