Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required to start
• Physical Therapist credential required to start
• Hep B required to start
• TB required to start
• Tdap required to start
• New graduates are not accepted

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment
• Schedule structure: 5x8s
• Clinic hours: 7:00 AM6:00 PM
• Coverage includes 2 clinics with a consistent location and schedule
• Floating required between 2 clinics
• Documentation system: NextGen
• Patient volume: 5055 visits per week and approximately 1012 patients per day
• Evaluation times: 1-hour evaluations
• Cases include outpatient musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned patients
• Patient population includes all ages except children ages 06
