Compensation Analyst

Administer equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and employee stock purchase plans. Maintain accurate records in equity administration systems and ensure timely coordination with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal. Support equity transactions and reporting activities, including vesting, exercises, distributions, and participant recordkeeping. Assist with SEC reporting, insider trading compliance, SOX controls, and audit support. Prepare data, reports, and analyses related to equity awards, utilization, participation trends, and executive compensation matters. Respond to employee and stakeholder questions regarding equity plans, vesting schedules, and taxation at a high level. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth administration and compliance. Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience related to equity programs. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in equity compensation, stock plan administration, or a closely related compensation function
• Experience administering equity programs within a public company environment
• Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, SOX compliance, and audit support related to equity compensation
• Familiarity with U.S. tax and regulatory considerations related to equity awards, including RSUs, stock options, and employee stock purchase plans
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work effectively across Legal, Payroll, Finance, HR, and external vendors
