Put your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work supporting students in a dynamic school setting near Haughton, LA. This full-time, onsite position runs from September 14, 2026, through May 19, 2027, and offers the rewarding opportunity to help shape the educational experience of children who benefit from behavioral interventions. You’ll provide direct, compassionate care and work collaboratively with educators and a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), which the agency will secure for you.

Your primary focus will be using your RBT training to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and record data, and encourage positive outcomes in student development and engagement. This contract position is ideal for a certified RBT looking for meaningful work in a school environment and eager to make a direct impact throughout the academic year.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to follow organized behavior intervention plans
• Professional approach, excellent communication, and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Willingness to work onsite for the full assignment period

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized behavioral support under the supervision of a BCBA
