Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions, and attitude, ensuring excellent patient care. Perform duties outlined in the SCRIBE job description. Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications. Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure quality service and patient satisfaction. Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management when needed to maintain adherence to company values. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate daily. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on safety, cost, and reliability. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within both in‑patient clinic and virtual settings. Manage the telehealth patient queue to ensure proper follow‑up. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications; educate patients on treatment of acute and chronic conditions. Adhere to clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training. Complete mandatory compliance training to exceed quality care standards. Promote the Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Recommend ideas to improve patient experience and care. Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care. Welcome new employees on their first day, facilitate introductions, provide clinic tours, and overview of clinic processes. Assist new employees with learning activities and required training. Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching. Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere. Perform the physical, sense, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position as required by physical demands. Be knowledgeable and comply with company standards of operations. Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers, and business information. Consult with patients through virtual communication channels. Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees must work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Ancillary Providers are required to be on call periodically throughout the year. Level 1: New graduates with up to 1 year of experience as an NP or PA. Level 2: NP or PA with over 1 year but less than 5 years of experience. Level 3: NP or PA with over 5 years but less than 10 years of experience. Level 4: NP or PA with over 10 years of experience. Qualifications & Experience Requirements Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS). Experience: At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice such as urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER or trauma unit, or family medical practice. Licenses & Certifications: Active state license and DEA registration in good standing; DOT certification required for FT and PT providers within 120 days of employment. Mississippi Residents Only Fast Pace requires pre‑employment/drug/alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
