Job Title: Warehouse Lead

We're excited to add an experienced Warehouse Lead to our growing team! This position will begin on 1st Shift during training and will transition to 2nd Shift after successful completion of the training period.

Schedule & Pay:
o Training Schedule (First 4 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
o Training Pay Rate: $21.25/hour
o After Training: Transition to 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM
o Pay Rate After Training and Shift Transition: $21.75/hour
o Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) may be required as needed.

Responsibilities:
o Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and material handling.
o Train, mentor, and support warehouse team members while providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
o Oversee inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels using WMS/AS400.
o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and order accuracy.
o Ensure all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
o Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records.

Qualifications:
o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Willingness to work overtime as needed.
o Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
o Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
o Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and material handling procedures.
o Experience with WMS, AS400, and other warehouse management systems.
o Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a team.
o Experience in an e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL environment is preferred.
