What You’ll Do Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors Front Desk — Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements What This Role Is This is a professional, high‑accountability environment — not a sit‑and‑scroll post. What We’re Looking For Service — You understand that exceptional service builds trust and reputation Integrity — You are accountable, honest, and self‑aware Innovation — You look for better ways to get the job done Drive — You bring 100% effort and push through obstacles Commitment — You dedicate yourself to the mission Responsibilities: Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and other criminal behavior Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and in possession of prohibited items Respond to calls of distress, alarms and emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents) Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age or older High school degree or equivalent Professional demeanor and appearance Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to obtain a valid state security license Basic computer skills Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Minimum of one year of customer service experience OR one year of security experience Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug) This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
