Behavioral Health Case Manager: Drive Recovery & Wellness
BARRY COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY
Barry County Community Mental Health Authority in Hastings, MI, is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our Case Management team. This full-time role focuses on client-centered case management, coordinating care, and supporting individuals on their path to recovery and wellness.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services field is required or preferred; licensure such as L/LLBSW, L/LMSW, L/LPC, or T/LLP is valued but not required.
