Senior Business Lending Specialist

Drive business development activity across a specific geography, working with external referral sources and internal retail partners Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, providing exceptional customer service and support Evaluate and process business loan applications, including analyzing financial statements and credit reports Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application and approval process Take on leadership roles in team initiatives and/or mentoring roles with retail and business banking partners Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking business development, credit and lending experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and assess creditworthiness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present in front of clients and COIs Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in business banking development and credit analysis, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
