Overview Primary focus: provide exceptional guest service by operating a cash register and assisting guests with a “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude. Handle scanning, ringing, and entering merchandise, collecting payment, delivering correct change, bagging, and answering guest questions. Responsibilities Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. Collect money, checks, electronic payments, and coupons, make correct change, and ensure cash drawer security. Scan or ring items accurately. Identify and enter department numbers, UPCs, weights, and other details for items that cannot be scanned. Assist guests with locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing bagging services.
