ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at a surplus lines insurance brokerage, where I built a strong foundation in the insurance industry. As I began reaching the peak of my growth there, I knew I was ready for the next challenge. My dad is also a State Farm agent, so agency ownership was something I had been exposed to for years and always knew I wanted to pursue.

I’m a graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane and am married. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing, traveling, spending time at the lake, and getting together with family and friends - and, of course, spending time with our dog.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jared Christy - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
