Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Location: Boynton Beach, Florida Shift: PRN Salary: $57.00 per hour Join a supportive team where your expertise truly matters. Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is currently seeking a passionate and experienced PRN Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop customized treatment goals and methods Implement treatment plans and complete timely, accurate documentation Apply therapeutic techniques such as gait training, balance improvement, muscle strengthening, posture control, and mobility support Fit and train residents on orthotic and prosthetic devices Select and apply physical modalities suited to each resident’s individual needs Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure effective care plans Adapt therapy programs to residents’ changing conditions Instruct and supervise therapy aides and supportive staff in accordance with professional and state standards Participate in care conferences and resident progress reviews Train facility staff on therapy practices and procedures Maintain therapy equipment and request repairs or replacements when needed Promote a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families Requirements Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred If you're a committed Physical Therapist (PT) looking for flexibility and a rewarding environment, we would love to hear from you.
