Since opening our agency in 2012, we've built a team-oriented environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. With more than 16 years in the insurance industry, I understand the value of investing in the right people and creating opportunities for long-term career development. Our office operates with a "work hard, play hard" mentality. We hold ourselves accountable to our goals, support one another as a team, and celebrate our successes together. The culture we've built is one of the biggest reasons people enjoy working here. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, traveling, golfing, playing tennis, hosting a podcast, and staying involved in the local community. I believe in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate works well with others, brings a positive attitude to the team, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous improvement. As an Account Associate for Tyler Rutledge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
