Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor & Delivery; EPIC experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality labor and delivery nursing care to patients in a bustling delivery unit
• Manage patient assessments, monitor fetal and maternal well-being, and respond to emergent situations
• Administer medications, IV starts, and assist with procedures as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Document care and maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
• Support new mothers and their families with education and emotional support during delivery experience
• Adhere to hospital standards, including EPIC documentation and protocols

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• 2+ years of labor and delivery experience
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Skills: IV infusion, monitoring fetal and maternal status, emergency response in L&D settings
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

• Previous travel or agency experience in L&D
• Flexibility to float within the hospital as needed
