Store 2709026: 1734 E Rte 66, Flagstaff, Arizona 86004# **Shift Availability**Flexible Availability**Job Type****Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available.* Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash.* Field customer inquiries.* Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.* Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.* Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.**Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:**70% Customer Interaction20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)5% Opening/Closing Procedures5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties**Job Requirements:*** Excellent communication skills including active listening.* Excellent sales and customer service skills.* Ability to anticipate customer needs.* Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.* Ability to work as a team.* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.* Strong work ethic and professional attitude.**EXPERIENCE:*** Customer service and some sales experience preferred.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must be able to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.* The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.* Expose to noise.**WORKING ENVIRONMENT:**The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.This position works in a typical outdoor car wash environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be excessively loud with hearing protection required (along with other PPE).
