Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for continued support. Navigate environmental regulations and oversee interactions with regulatory agencies. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior and mid‑level staff while supporting team growth. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including project management responsibilities. Experience managing remediation, site investigation, and environmental compliance projects. Strong understanding of Texas environmental regulations and regulatory frameworks. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
