Line / Prep Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized work station Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation Requirements Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary fundamentals Ability to work well in a team environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus Benefits Fun and energetic work environment.
