Join Our Client, to lead cutting-edge manufacturing expansions! Bring your Associate degree or equivalent, 3+ years of equipment installation experience, and crew leadership to direct multi-line mechanical setups and equipment debugs.

responsibilities:

• Lead on-site crews and subcontractors in installing, aligning, rigging, and debugging complex mechanical production lines for capacity expansion projects.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis to implement robust, production-ready mechanical solutions.
• Coordinate project plans, schedules, materials, and vendor interactions to keep installations on time, within scope, and aligned with safety standards.
• Inspect installations for quality compliance, complete as-built documentation, and support startup, testing, and operational acceptance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians while acting as the primary technical liaison between field teams, engineers, and project managers.

qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical field, or a high school diploma backed by substantial hands-on industrial equipment experience.

At least 3 years of experience installing new equipment in a manufacturing environment, including crew leadership and equipment startup experience.

Strong technical background in mechanical engineering fundamentals, the ability to interpret detailed schematics, and rapid adaptability to new technologies.
