Job Description:

• Live and embody the core values daily.

• Unloading Railcars/ Monitoring storage level daily.

• Operation of counter sales LP dispenser.

• Service the needs of walk in customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of Nampa Yard.

• Assist customers on phone when able.

• Stock and organize retail items in office.

• Manage inventory of yard related items and coordinate with vendors to ensure items remain stocked.

• Take ownership of the entire yard.

• Expand skills and knowledge of the industry consistently learning more.

Expectations:

• Show up to work on time with a positive attitude ready to work. Stay in your lane.

• Shift starts at 8am.

• Report all negative incidents to management promptly.

• Complete required paperwork daily.

• Do your work with safety as the number 1 priority.

• Be a team player be willing to help wherever help is needed.

• Keep a good attitude with customers and always take care of them.

• Address concerns with management before they become a problem.

• Prioritize unloading of railcars by watching percentages.

• Advise management when unloading railcar with information off railcar.

• Communicate with office staff when going to lunch or any discrepancies on paperwork.

• 8 hour shift
