Responsabilità Darai supporto ad un progetto inerente ad un prodotto nella categoria del tabacco riscaldato: Ploom. Il tuo ruolo è coordinare un team di persone sul territorio per migliorare i risultati di vendita del brand del nostro cliente. Sarai il responsabile del reclutamento, della formazione, della gestione e delle performance di team composti da Supervisor e Ploom Ambassador. Compiti principali progettando, sviluppando e coordinando i team della tua area; coordinando il team di Supervisor presenti nella tua area; scegliendo le squadre da mettere in campo in relazione al canale e alla zona; sviluppando il portafoglio clienti con lo scopo di creare nuove opportunità di business; stabilendo e monitorando gli obiettivi di performance dei team; provvedendo alla formazione continua dei team; rilevando dati e informazioni utili con lo scopo di redigere report periodici; partecipando allo sviluppo di strategie di miglioramento delle performance di progetto. Non sarai solo ma entrerai a far parte di un team di lavoro accogliente e stimolante. Requisiti Diventare Ambassador Coordinator non è una missione impossibile ma per candidarti è importante avere almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di vendita. In più è fantastico se… ti senti a tuo agio nella gestione di un team e hai sviluppato le tue capacità di leadership; ami i brand e ti appassiona farli crescere; sai gestire la tua agenda e l’agenda del team che riporta a te; negoziare è il tuo punto di forza; hai maturato contatti strategici nel mondo degli eventi o possiedi un network ampio e potenziale sul territorio; hai la patente B (e sai guidare sul serio!) e hai un mezzo di trasporto a disposizione; ti piace l’idea di viaggiare per lavoro. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cosine Italy
