Our Richmond clinic provides comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services for a diverse orthopedic population, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, spine care, balance and vestibular disorders, and performance enhancement. You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, utilize evidence-based interventions, and help patients return to the activities they love. Your Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care using AI-powered Scribe documentation technology.
• Foster a positive, compassionate, and patient-focused clinical experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
