Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor supports the store leadership team in executing business plans and achieving sales goals. This role coaches and develops the sales team, drives customer satisfaction, and monitors performance metrics while spending approximately half of the time selling. Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering collaboration and providing feedback. Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and communicate results and strategies to the team. Model effective selling behaviors, build customer loyalty through clienteling, and support promotional activities. Support customer concerns, merchandising needs, inventory control, and store productivity. Supervise cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements. Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed. Requirements Retail supervisory experience or similar industry experience. Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. Business acumen and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
