Our very own CEO started her career as a teller, so the path from here is real.What You'll DoEnsure branch operations run in line with policy, legal, and regulatory requirements, in step with other departmentsBuild deep knowledge of credit union products and services, and cross-sell to meet member needsOversee branch security, respond to alarms, and support opening/closing proceduresMake sure the branch balances all transactions at the end of each dayHelp implement policy and procedure changes at the branch levelHandle loan processing and closings, certificates of deposit, IRAs, HSAs, and new accountsProvide direction and supervision to branch staff, and step in as Branch Manager when neededOnboard and train new employees, and cross-train staff across rolesHelp set staffing levels and build schedulesResolve member requests and questions promptly, or route them appropriatelyKeep management informed of branch activity and flag ideas for better serviceComplete required reports accurately and on timeWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework a plus2 to 5 years of related financial institution experienceSolid understanding of teller, member service, and loan officer functionsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable with computer applications and everyday office equipmentNatural leadership qualities and initiativeOur Values: CREDITCollaboration - We succeed together, and teamwork is what makes great service possible.Respectful - Every member and every colleague deserves care and professionalism.Exceeding Expectations - Good enough isn't in our vocabulary.Driven - We take initiative and follow through with pride.Inclusive - We celebrate different backgrounds and perspectives.
