Serve as the escalation point for patient concerns, resolving issues with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Oversee before/after photo documentation workflows to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across all providers. Partner with clinical leads to identify and close experience gaps at key patient touchpoints. Manage the location-level budget including labor, supplies, and operational expenditures — you are accountable for the financial health of your practice.
