Property Manager Assistant - Foresthill/Loomis (Part-Time)


Schedule: 4 days per week, 6 hours per day (24 hours total)


Locations: Foresthill (3 days/week) & Loomis (1 day/week)


Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr


Start Date: August 4-5


Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Manager Assistant to support two mobile home communities in the Auburn/Foresthill/Loomis area. This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys helping residents and providing consistent on-site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Rent Collection - Collect rent payments and ensure accurate tracking.
• Resident Support - Assist residents with general questions, concerns, and community-related issues.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all residents.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment at both properties.

Schedule & Locations

• Foresthill: 3 days per week
• Loomis: 1 day per week
• Hours: 6-hour shifts, 4 days per week (24 hours total)

Qualifications

• Customer service or property support experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently across two locations.
• Strong communication and people-skills.
• Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
