Healthcare Operations Excellence Project Leader
South Shore Health System
South Shore Health System is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Operations Excellence, responsible for managing system-wide operational initiatives to support strategic goals. This temporary role focuses on implementing a Daily Management System and developing standard work while coaching leaders across departments. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, and possess strong skills in data analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
