State Facility Director, DHSAs the State Facility Director, DHS for the Department of Human Services, you will drive the hospital's mission to strengthen clinical and operational practices that improve care and elevate outcomes at Norristown State Hospital. As a State Facility Director, DHS, you will perform the following duties:Operational Leadership: Guide hospital operations to support efficient workflows, strong performance, and excellence in treatment and rehabilitationStrategic Oversight: Shape clinical and operational strategies that strengthen programs, enhance results, and achieve goalsTeam Development: Support leaders through collaboration, coaching, and communication to build strong, future-focused teamsProgram Growth: Lead the development and enhancement of hospital programs, including therapy services, readiness programs, and cognitive remediation effortsFinancial Management: Assess and manage the complete operating budget while maintaining timely, accurate reportingAccreditation Preparedness: Oversee departmental activities to ensure full compliance with standards, surveys, and certification requirementsInterested in learning more?
