Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat Respond promptly to all inbound lead requests Act as a bridge between customers and our buying team Support in generating reports and maintaining logs Proactively identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences Qualifications Previous call center experience is advantageous Flexibility to work weekends Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor Positive Attitude Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivation and self-sufficiency Job Details Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Dollar Car
