Compensation
This position has an hourly pay rate of $19.25 and is eligible for performance bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company standards.
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by teaching systems, company standards, account management, collections, job duties, and performance reports.
- Lead local marketing strategies, identify partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in‑store events to drive growth and revenue.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, assessing risk within established limits.
- Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations; participate in audits and compliance reviews.
- Supervise office security and cash management, including verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
- Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
- Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
- Develop work schedules based on budget, workloads, and store needs, ensuring optimal staffing.
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain store appearance, address basic facility needs, schedule maintenance services, oversee planograms, and display promotional material; perform duties outside the office when necessary.
- Work efficiently in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease.
- Maintain a full‑time schedule, including weekends; 40 hours per week minimum.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, point of sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during the workday (mileage compensated).
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required; results considered in accordance with applicable law.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including standing up to 90% of the time, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
