Trauma-Informed Family Support Specialist

Community Partners in Action is seeking a Family Support Specialist for the REGIONS-Site Secure Residential Treatment program in Hamden, CT. The role supports male youth and families, coordinating with clinicians and mentors to engage families in treatment and aftercare planning. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least two years of experience with system-involved families. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a CT driver’s license is required.
