Responsibilities:
- Show apartments and sign prospects to annual leases
- Assess candidates' needs and match then with suitable units
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams
- Build rapport with residents
- Track results
- Report on team and individual performance
- Lease Administration
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn
- High School or College Diploma
- Ability to work on a team
