Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pearland, TX. This position is responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of the brokerage and its agents, including creating and scheduling social media posts, drafting property and promotional materials, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting with open houses and community events, managing marketing calendars, and tracking the performance of marketing activities. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with leadership and agents to develop marketing assets, update online listings, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Qualifications Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging marketing content and interact effectively with agents, clients, and vendors. Demonstrated Sales and customer-focused mindset to support lead generation, listing promotion, and brand visibility initiatives. Experience with Event Planning and coordination for open houses, client appreciation events, and community outreach activities. Solid Project Management abilities to organize tasks, manage timelines, and execute multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, email marketing software) is highly beneficial. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms are a plus. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented real estate environment and adapting to changing priorities.
